WEDDING WEEKEND
It's official...my brother finally tied the knot! We had a weekend full of wedding activity that Cale thoroughly enjoyed! So many people and so much commotion for one little guy, but he was a champ and did as well as any 2 year old could do!
Here is Jason and I at the rehearsal dinnerCale at the rehearsal dinner, eating his very own home cooked PB&J sandwich! So glad I brought that!
Pre wedding, Pre pictures. Thank God the church had a playroom. It really saved the day! He and the three triplet flower girls had this room torn apart in a matter of seconds, but it was well worth the effort to pick it up!
Finally getting used to his tux. He cried for at least the first 45 minutes after we got him dressed cuz he didn't want to wear it. Not to mention the screaming match while attempting to dress him, starting with the black socks!!! You can imagine the sight we were...pregnant mom in strapless dress, sweating like a maniac while wrestling with her screaming toddler to get his pants pulled up! Started having flashbacks of his Baptism day with his clothes not fitting....we couldn't get the very top button of his dress shirt buttoned so the collar was like hanging open under his tie! After that, I said "forget about the damn cuff links and suspenders!" But all in all, he looked pretty well put together!
All dressed up and ready to go for pictures...or so we thought! Cale did not participate in the actual pictures (sorry Andrea and Darik!) Not even the mention of all the treats in the world was getting him to be a part of that! Go figure!
Our little family!
And of course, me and Jason---Cheesy, I know!
I was never so proud in my life! My little man walked down the aisle after all! Noone thought he would make it! He did so good! It was priceless watching his eyes dart back and forth from side to side, searching for Grandma T....once there he knew his job was over
And then he passed out minutes after making it to Grandma--too much stress for one little man!
