We have been very busy around here lately. With the weather being so beautiful, we just can't get enough of the outdoors! Even if it means helping Dad trim around the shrubs! Cale was so excited to help Jason get busy tackling the shrub trimming! Here he is...all ready to help...so proud!Getting a little lesson....pre shrub-trimming.....so as not to trim too much!
Cale much rather preferred throwing the "weeds" over the fence to our neighbors' yard...and Jason adds.."Good, that's where they came from anyway!"
(if you look hard enough you can see the little weed in Cale's fingers!)

Cale's task was to rake the shrub trimmings/weeds away from the shrubs...into the nearest garbage bag.
By the looks of the jungle in the background, they have a LONG way to go!

Time for a break! And they were only on shrub number TWO!!!
Always willing to take a photo with mommy!
Other exciting news....Keegyn now has moved on to cereal! We started this about a week or so ago. It's coming along, slowly but surely! It's funny how different Cale and Keegyn are (in EVERY way). With Cale, he would cry cuz we couldn't possibly shovel the food in fast enough...with Keegyn, she cries cuz she really doesn't want to eat it...she much prefers her bottle! But we're getting there!

Here she is right before her first "solid" meal!
Happy enough!
She loved chewing on the spoon...wasn't too fond of what was on that spoon!
